I ordered a bottle of Texas Olive oil from you guys earlier this week. Image my amazement and joy when the bottle arrived yesterday. My praise is going to quick shipping and handling of this order. And on top of this there was an issue with the billing and $2 was returned to me as repayment. It’s refreshing to find this kind of customer service, especially on mail-order type situations. I’m always suspect of shipping and handling charges since we all know, except for the actual cost to ship, the handling is a suspect cost. If you continue to provide this type of quick service then you can start charging more for handling (just kidding). This was absolutely a value add in my opinion.
