Pici

This beautiful Tuscan pasta hails from a small town near Siena. Its nests of durum wheat unfurl as it cooks, and plumps to twice the diameter. The pasta is solid, not hollow, and is as satisfying to the tooth as to the taste buds. Nancy's favorite!
